Trauma Healing in Community

On a personal level, the essence of my work lies in its humanity. The importance of connection and presence is integral to the work my clients engage in. Of course, the reality of this is that I am just one person. So, to extend the reach of my therapeutic work and offer a model that's more easily accessible to a broader audience, I am thrilled to announce the launch of a year long online group therapy space.

Together we will share therapeutic group-holding where we bring the transformative power of NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) to life.

NARM: Unveiling Transformative Pathways

NARM is a cutting-edge model for addressing attachment, relational and developmental trauma, by working with the attachment patterns that cause life-long psychobiological symptoms and interpersonal difficulties.

In NARM, we focus on understanding the nervous system and recognising that our early attachments create pathways in the brain. Together, the goal is to develop new pathways alongside the existing ones. In these unique group sessions, we replicate this approach, working to grow alongside one another.

NARM is a unique and effective approach to healing deep-seated trauma and is becoming an important choice in the Trauma-Informed Care movement as we learn more about the effects of difficult childhood experiences.

Our monthly sessions provide a small, intimate setting and an opportunity to heal with discussions and access to valuable materials and exercises.

Power in Community

A supportive community is a potent tool for healing in itself. The exchanging of experiences and sharing of coping strategies contribute to the healing process and a nurturing, open environment facilitates collective and individual strength.

My hope is that the process we go through together will mould the community organically. As individuals experience shifts in their capacities, moving beyond being stuck and gaining a heightened sense of agency, humanity and connection; there will be a ripple effect. The group will naturally evolve into a more organic entity, and I will be there to provide support, guidance and holding together.
